By motor transport from Moscow Ring Road:

From MRR – turn to Medvedkovo (Ostashkovskaya street, then passing into Yeniseyskaya street). Past Babushkinskaya subway station, to the right (across car line) on the fourth traffic light (waymark to the right – a green high-rise building with a roof tower). Then – along the New Bering lane to the second traffic light. You’ll see a light 8-storey building of the Transport Construction Institute of the Central Signals Research and Development Establishment.

By motor transport from the Downtown:

Along Mira avenue to Severyaninsky bridge, turn right before the bridge and pass underneath it, then ahead to the second traffic light. Turn left on this crossing to Yeniseyskaya street. Turn left on the next traffic light (across car line), then – along the New Bering lane to the second traffic light. You’ll see a light 8-storey building of the Transport Construction Institute of the Central Signals Research and Development Establishment.
 
 

By public transport: 

“Sviblovo” subway station, exit from the 1st car to Kolskaya street (to the left after the glass door), then pass a wooden church to a light 8-storey building of the Transport Construction Institute of the Central Signals Research and Development Establishment (3 minutes walk).
